As exciting as it may be to find large flocks feeding… getting decent photographs is not easy. One of the critters is always moving, maybe another jumps up and blocks the view, all kinds of things ‘mess up’ shots.
This had a nice group of different birds. Getting both an Avocet and Black-necked Stilt together was a bonus. Both Snowy and Great Egrets here as well as smaller Yellow-legs.
I hope to have a few more in my pile.

That is an excellent photo! There are different birds there and it’s very interesting to look at them.
