I was having a hard time trying to photograph this bird. Distance was an issue, he wanted to stay out in the swamp and moved between different branches and snags. None very close.

When he finally stopped on the small snag I had to take a shot, he wore me down. Yet it turned out this was probably the best I could have gotten. Colors, texture, and a frame of Spanish Moss.
