This time of year each evening the light stays low in the sky long enough for us to capture photographs like these.

Sun shines across the swamp and lights up the end of day activity.

Unfortunately this ends, and pretty soon too.

The trees along the edge of the water here are starting to leaf out. And these are old forest which means we have a lot of trees.

Once the leaves are out the sun falls behind these trees quickly. The glow and reflections last only a few minutes when this happens.
