The Egret was on the far side of this open water. I was walking on a dike and I’m not sure how far this was, but certainly not close enough for anything but a wide landscape shot.

In the background is an old hunting blind. There hasn’t been anything like that in this area for a very long time. Yet it’s still there, not rotted away. Just another mystery.
