The incoming Wood Stork gave me a ‘subject’ for the photographs composition that was missing. I think this view is very pretty and wanted an image since much of this is covered in water most times.
As luck would have it the big guy slipped in from behind and gave me the help I needed.
Best viewed large, a few local Alligators are sprinkled around the scene too.

Stork is a perfect touch, and I also like the late-afternoon touches of gold.
The reeds, cane, and grass are getting dry and tune golden…and then brown.
